What Makes the 2022 Santa Cruz the Perfect Summer

2022 santa cruz
The all-new 2022 Santa Cruz is Hyundai's first foray into the pickup world. Self-described as a sports adventure vehicle, or SAV, this Santa Cruz is designed with the summertime explorer in mind.

Body Style

You can think of the 2022 Santa Cruz as a cross between an SUV and a pickup. Up front, it embodies a signature Hyundai SUV style with an aggressive black grille. Instead of the liftgate, you're given a 4.3-foot open-air pickup bed that you can use to haul project supplies and adventuring gear. Simply put, the Santa Cruz looks like nothing else on the road right now.

Power and Capability

You can load up to 1,748 pounds in the Santa Cruz's truck bed. If you want to tow with your truck, you'll be able to haul up to 3,500 pounds. The Santa Cruz has two engine options: one that outputs 190 horsepower and a turbocharged four-cylinder that gives you 275 horsepower. To make your truck ready for dirt and gravel roads, opt for the available all-wheel-drive system.

Rolling Entertainment

Make the most of your road trips with the Santa Cruz's standard 8-inch touch screen display. This smart screen is compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to allow you to play music, call home, send text messages, and get directions to your next destination. When the 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz rolls into dealerships in the summer of 2021, check with Jim Click Hyundai of Green Valley to see if you can get your test drive. This exciting new truck option is perfect for drivers who want to make the most of every beautiful summer day.
