2021 Hyundai Palisade

The Hyundai Palisade is a spacious and modern full-size SUV. It has an upscale look, a smooth and powerful engine, and luxury features in the higher trims. For 2021, a new Calligraphy trim joins the lineup, and the SEL Premium Package gets navigation, satellite radio, and a larger touch screen.

Power

Power for the Palisade comes from a 3.8-liter V-6 gas engine. It puts out 291 horsepower and has the power to push the large SUV up to 60 mph in just 6.9 seconds. When equipped with the tow package, it can pull up to 5,000 pounds. The V-6 works with Hyundai’s smooth-shifting eight-speed automatic transmission, and it has paddle shifters for drivers who want to shift manually.

Technology

An 8-inch touch screen comes standard, and every Palisade has Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A 10.3-inch touch screen is optional for the SEL and standard with the Calligraphy and Limited, and comes with navigation and satellite radio. Hyundai offers up to seven USB ports, and you can get remote services through the Blue Link app service.

Safety Features

Every Palisade comes with a full range of driver aids. These include a forward-collision warning system with mitigation, lane-departure warning and lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, and rear parking sensors. The SEL adds to the safety features with a blind-spot monitor and rear parking sensors, and the Limited has a 360-degree surround-view camera.

The 2021 Hyundai Palisade has room for up to seven, comes with lots of tech features, and has the safety equipment you want for a family vehicle.
